For over 40 years, Mike Silva has served as a dynamic pastoral leader, missionary, and international evangelist. As the Founder and President of Mike Silva International Inc., and through his previous role as National Director of Evangelism for the CBA of America, Mike has dedicated his career to equipping leaders and fostering church renewal across North and Latin America. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Mike thrives in diverse, multicultural environments. Whether partnering with a local pastor or speaking at large-scale national events like Promise Keepers, Mike’s focus remains the same: delivering biblically grounded teaching that builds healthy church momentum and transforms lives. Mike received BA in Missions and his MA in Biblical Studies from International College and Graduate School on our campus. Mike and his wife live in Redmond Oregon.

A local girl raised on the windward side of Oahu in Kaneohe and in Upcountry Maui on Ulupalakua Ranch. Gwen comes to International after 30 years of working in the healthcare industry. She is married to J, they have a son (Maui) and 2 granddaughters Jordyn & Jhourney. Gwen loves connecting & bridging people to one another by building authentic relationships that encourage and engage the life and love of Christ. Gwen enjoys supporting local eateries, hanging at the beach, travel, worship hula, and singing.

Abigail Dang was born and raised in the beautiful islands of Hawai‘i, where the wonder of God’s creation greets her regularly from the cockpit of an airplane. When not leading worship or rehearsing with the team, she works as a private charter airline pilot and instructor, and her love for aviation and music shape her life as both vocation and recreation. Above all, she seeks to give glory to God for the blessings that have brought her this far, and her greatest joy is proclaiming His greatness as loudly as possible! Though her family is now spread across the globe—from Japan to Washington D.C.—Abigail has called International Church her faith home since childhood, and it has remained a steady, integral foundation of fellowship, education, and encouragement in her walk with Christ.

Jenn was raised on the island of Oahu and has been part of International Church of Oahu for more than half of her life. She works full-time for a local technology company and is actively involved in ministry, facilitating Finding Hope – a support group for loved ones of addicts and alcoholics, and leading a women’s Bible study. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, joyful, and faith-filled environment where children can grow to know and love God. Jenn has been married to her husband, Ryan, since 2017 and has three children. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family whenever she can and has a heart for encouraging others to seek God’s will for their lives and to embrace the change He is leading them into.
